Girl of the Year
Hello! It has been a few weeks since I wrote a blog post but this one is extra special because I am announcing my 2019 GIRL OF THE YEAR award! Drum roll please, KELSEY BILLINGTON!! Girl of the Year award goes to my most motivated, most confident, most “go get ‘em” girl from my model team. When I met Kelsey I had no idea what she would blossom into as the year went on, during her first shoot with me she was already able to look natural while taking photos and was good at being herself and being confident, but by the end of the year, we could go on shoots and just have fun because we grew as friends as well! She is able to pose herself, make fun and quirky facial expressions, and gives a stellar serious face! I once told her I wanted to make “shapes” with her body (meaning fierce angles and weird poses) and she took it to the next level and gave it everything she got. This past weekend she was treated to a 4 hour session complete with 4 outfits and 4 new locations around Dallas! We took a fun break at a cute coffee shop and just chatted about life, it was honestly so refreshing and such a sweet time spent with her before she goes to college! Kelsey has always done her best to spread the word about my growing business and tell others such sweet things about shooting with me. I am so glad that she was on my 2018-2019 Madeline Girl model team and I am so so so thankful for all she did for me this year and all the beautiful photos I got to capture of this special time in her life! I’ll miss you Kelsey!
